SayDish Support

For help with SayDish, account questions, privacy requests or a problem with a recipe, email saydishsupport@gmail.com.

If the email link does not open a mail app, copy the address and use your preferred email service. You can also find Contact Support in the app's Settings.

What to include

Briefly describe what happened and the message shown in the app. You may include the app version and device model if relevant. Do not send passwords, sign-in codes, payment-card details or unnecessary personal or medical information.

Contact Support does not automatically attach your recipes, recordings or account information. Send only what is needed to explain the issue. We do not promise a fixed support response time; applicable deadlines for privacy requests are described in the Privacy Policy.

Your account and data

To delete your account, open Settings → Delete Account. If you cannot access your account or need help exercising a privacy right, contact the email address above. We may need proportionate information to verify your identity.

Deleting a SayDish account does not cancel an Apple subscription. Manage any subscription separately in Apple's subscription settings. Purchases in SayDish are not currently enabled.

Recipe concerns

SayDish is a cooking aid, not medical advice. Ingredient exclusions do not guarantee allergy safety. Do not follow instructions that appear unsafe; you can report the concern to support without sharing a medical history.

SayDish is operated by Andriy Kovnatskyy, an individual based in Poland.
