SayDish Terms of Use

Operator and service
SayDish is operated by Andriy Kovnatskyy, an individual based in Poland. Contact saydishsupport@gmail.com for support or complaints.

These terms cover the SayDish recipe app. The Privacy Policy explains personal-data processing, and the Fair Use Policy explains acceptable use.
SayDish creates AI-generated recipes from text or voice recordings of up to 60 seconds. A successful nonempty transcript automatically starts recipe generation. You can use text instead. Input may be in different languages; the current release produces recipes in English.
The service has no preference onboarding, allergy questionnaire, medical profile or therapeutic personalization. You can request ingredient exclusions such as “without peanuts” as cooking preferences. Such a request does not establish that the result is safe for someone with an allergy; check the recipe and ingredients as described below.
Availability is shown in the App Store for your country or region.
Age and accounts
You must be at least 18 years old to use SayDish. This is a condition of use, not a statement that the app verifies your age.
Use a supported Apple or email sign-in method and keep your credentials secure. Provide only information you are entitled to use, and contact support if you suspect unauthorized access. Do not access another person's account or use multiple accounts to evade restrictions.
Internet access and a supported iOS device are needed for account services and new recipe generation. A request can fail, be refused or remain temporarily unconfirmed. An incomplete or rejected response is not a finished recipe.
Current free access
SayDish currently provides recipe generation to active signed-in users without requiring a subscription. Purchases are not currently enabled. A displayed product price or paywall does not mean that you have been charged.
The service has temporary request-rate, simultaneous-request and overall capacity limits. These can affect legitimate use. Free access is not a promise of permanent free service, a guaranteed number of recipes or uninterrupted availability.
A monthly Premium subscription may be introduced later. It is not active now, and using the current free service does not create a subscription or authorize a future charge. Any paid offer will need its own clear price, renewal and eligibility information before you choose to purchase it. No fixed monthly recipe allowance or promise of unlimited generation is made here.
Recipes and food safety
AI can misunderstand a request, omit ingredients, produce inconsistent steps or give unsuitable cooking advice. Automated checks do not guarantee taste, nutritional accuracy, allergy safety or complete food safety.
Read the whole recipe before cooking. Check quantities, equipment, cooking and storage instructions, ingredient labels and possible cross-contact. For allergies, medical diets, pregnancy or other health needs, seek appropriate qualified advice rather than relying on an AI-generated recipe. Do not follow instructions that appear unsafe, and report concerns to support.
SayDish is a cooking aid, not medical or emergency advice. These cautions do not remove any responsibility or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Your content and personal use
You retain any rights you have in the material you submit. You permit the processing needed to provide the features you request, as explained in the Privacy Policy. This does not transfer ownership of your content or grant permission to use personal requests in advertising.
SayDish's software and branding remain protected by applicable rights. Use the app for its intended personal cooking purpose and follow the Fair Use Policy. Do not use it for unlawful activity, unauthorized access, automated harvesting, evasion of safeguards or intentionally harmful instructions.
Generated recipes may resemble other output and may not qualify for exclusive intellectual-property protection. We do not promise that an AI-generated recipe is unique.
Availability and fair use
Maintenance, provider outages, safety checks, request-rate controls or available capacity may prevent generation. A temporary restriction does not by itself mean abuse or remove your previously saved recipes. Contact support if you believe a restriction is incorrect.
Access may be restricted proportionately to address actual misuse or protect the service. Ordinary active personal cooking use is not itself abuse. Restrictions must not introduce a hidden monthly block based on recipe count or the cost of serving an individual user. Buying a subscription again is not a remedy for a temporary service restriction.
Saved recipes and account deletion
A saved recipe reflects a particular generation. Later app or model changes do not automatically rewrite it or establish that it meets new dietary needs. Removing a Favorite does not delete the recipe. Deleting a recipe removes it from your lists; the Privacy Policy explains when stored content is erased.
Previously saved recipes, History and Favorites remain available if a future subscription expires. Deleting an account is different: it removes the account's personal content, subject to the residual records described in the Privacy Policy.
You can request account deletion in Settings. Account deletion and uninstalling the app do not cancel an Apple subscription. Manage or cancel it separately through Apple. You may delete your SayDish account without first cancelling a subscription. See Apple's subscription guidance.
Support and your rights
Send questions or complaints to saydishsupport@gmail.com, describing the problem without passwords or authentication codes. Support does not automatically receive your recipes or recordings.
Nothing in these terms excludes mandatory consumer rights or remedies, limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, or makes a platform's refund procedure your only remedy where the law provides others.
We will explain material changes and provide notice or obtain agreement where required. Updating these terms does not itself authorize a new charge or waive rights that apply in your country.
