SayDish Fair Use Policy

Effective date: 17 September 2026.

SayDish is operated by Andriy Kovnatskyy, an individual based in Poland. Contact saydishsupport@gmail.com with questions about this policy or a restriction.

Contact address: 45 Kolejowa Street, 01-210 Warsaw, Poland.

Personal cooking use

SayDish is intended for personal cooking: exploring dishes, preparing meals for yourself or your household, and returning regularly for new ideas. Ordinary active use is not abuse. A busy cooking week, a high monthly recipe count or the cost of answering your requests does not, on its own, establish misuse.

This policy does not create a monthly recipe quota, recipe-credit pack or remaining-recipes balance. It also does not promise unlimited generation.

Prohibited use

Do not:

Temporary restrictions

Request-rate, simultaneous-request, security and overall service-capacity limits can temporarily prevent generation even when your use is legitimate. They are distinct from a finding of abuse.

A restriction should be proportionate to its reason. Ordinary personal use must not be subject to a hidden monthly block based on the number of recipes created or the cost of serving that user. Purchasing Premium again is not a way to remove a temporary restriction.

If you believe a restriction is incorrect, contact saydishsupport@gmail.com with a short description and the message shown in the app. Do not send passwords, authentication codes or unnecessary personal information.

Saved recipes and access

SayDish currently offers generation to active signed-in users without requiring a subscription. This policy does not activate a paid offer or authorize a charge.

A temporary generation restriction does not itself remove your saved recipes. Previously saved recipes, History and Favorites also remain accessible if a future subscription expires. Account deletion is separate and removes personal content as described in the Privacy Policy.
